We hope you love your items! However, if you have an issue with your order or would like to make a return, we are happy to help.

Return Policy
- All returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with tags.
- Embroidered items and sale items are not eligible for return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Make a Return
To start a return, please contact us at returns@lavenderbow.com and include your name, order number, and if you are wanting store credit or a refund.
If the return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Please note a flat rate $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you wish to receive store credit.
We will notify you once the return package has been delivered successfully. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or for store credit. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Missing or Damaged Items
Missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us at returns@lavenderbow.com with any issues.
